Collaborating and working with and for people has always been a passion of mine. Over the years I have fine-tuned my skills to support my clients in their personal evolution, transformation and self-empowerment.

Key elements supporting the essence of my values are: Living in the now, awareness, staying in the flow, expressing and reflecting in the highest frequencies in thought and form, holding established foundations of who I am, lightworker, changemaker, coach, trust in the divine or universal guidance. 

 

The past few years have been impactful in my own transformation and this has firmed my practice to include transformational energy work as an integral part of my therapeutic approach.

I am an experienced people centred therapist and practitioner dedicated to working in an ethical, respectful, honest and compassionate way, I am committed to be fully present honouring each client's experience and ways of healing.

 

I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by understanding, coping and transforming the issues that are causing them distress or feeling stuck. My range of experience and expertise is wide and deep.

I have facilitated well over a thousand therapy session with hundreds of clients in New Zealand and all over the world.
