Working in true collaboration with people has always been central to my path. Over time, my work has refined into a clear and grounded offering that supports genuine personal evolution, transformation, and self-empowerment.

At the heart of my practice are presence, awareness, and alignment with the natural flow of life. I work from a place of deep listening and attunement—anchored in who I am, guided by trust in universal intelligence, and committed to expressing clarity and integrity in both thought and action.

My own journey of transformation over recent years has further deepened my work, integrating transformational energy-based approaches as a natural and integral part of my therapeutic practice. This allows for shifts that are not only understood cognitively, but felt, embodied, and sustained.

I specialise in supporting people to identify and realise their personal goals by gently uncovering and transforming the underlying experiences, patterns, and beliefs that create distress or a sense of being stuck. My work is both broad and deep, informed by decades of experience across a wide range of presentations.

I have facilitated several thousand therapy sessions with hundreds of clients in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally.

Sessions are available in person, by video call, or by phone.

A passion of mine is to link the traditional with the multidimensional modalities. Following cutting edge trends in transformation through the intelligence of the body. It is exiting to see science backing up the transformational effects of meditation and energy work manifesting change and empowerment.

I continuously attend professional development workshops to enhance my understanding and knowledge in relevant modalities to my practice. Adhering to the psychotherapist code of practice, and to keep the highest standard of practice, I continue my professional development ongoing by attending workshops and training.

From the beginning: In the late 1980s, completing my apprenticeship I became a Swiss Medical Assistant (dip.FMH). Since then, I kept learning and broadening my understanding and knowledge and have trained in a wide variety of modalities such as:

My Approach

I practice in a client centred, holistic, integrative way, using a variety of skills and modalities relevant to the client’s needs including but not limited to TA (Transactional Analysis), CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am a fully registered member of PBANZ (Psychotherapy Board of Aotearoa New Zealand).

Besides counselling and psychotherapy I have trained in a wide range of natural and holistic health therapies which has enriched my practice. (Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage, TFH Kinesiology, Reiki (Master), Bach Flower Remedies, Aura Light Colour Therapy, Card Reader, Cert. DECU, Cert. OMcodes practitioner, Cert. Evolution Card Coder and more).

I specialise in tracing and identifying emotional blocks, traumas and stuckness and support you to shift and transform these. Supporting you to learn new tools and techniques that shift your consciousness and empower you to support yourself in NEW ways in your life.

My learning journey will never stop. It seems to be a part of me and a part of how I have grown to be me.
